The price per student for each US excursion includes :

  1. Transportation on air-conditioned and washroom equipped highway motor coach.

  2. Accommodations based on quad occupancy for the students and double occupancy for the chaperones.

  3. Teachers/Chaperones are complementary on a ratio of 1:10.

  4. Services of an experienced tour director for the duration of the excursion 

  5. All tour arrangements

  6. Taxes on included items (HST)

  7. Emergency medical Insurance for the Chaperones when travelling in the United States

  8. Gratuities for the driver and the Tour Director

  9. Deluxe Package Cancellation Insurance with the School Board Ruing (Not included on Day Trips, only overnights)​


  • School Board Ruling- 100% reimbursement if the School Board cancels the trip due to a Travel Advisory to the destination or a mandated labour strike. In addition, 100% reimbursement if the School Board cancels the trip for any other reason, including work to rule action.

  • Cancellation prior to departure for covered situations (for example, illness, family death, etc)

  • Complete medial coverage while away, including expenses OHIP may not cover and includes bedside companion should the child be hospitalized and the parent needs to travel to be with them.

  • Trip Interruption, which reimburses for the unused portion for a tour in the event the child's trip is shortened for covered situations
